Boat House
This boat house and entertaining area is situated on the Sebastian river at the end of a 100′ dock. The unique design incorporates a 6000lb lift centered under the roof structure as well as a 13500lb lift to port and 10000lb lift to starboard. Each IMM lift features a factory 10 year material and 2 year electrical warranty.
Total Package:
This total package begins at shore with a coquina rock rip rap shore protection and transitions to a 4′ wide walk dock featuring 1″x2″ stripped pilings capped with black vinyl anti-bird conical caps. This truly total package even has a 2’x3′ fish cleaning station with running water!
This picturesque project provides easy access to the water and boating, enjoyment, and protection of both vessels and property.
Basic Boat House:
This is a basic boat House for 2 vessels. Load, unload, embark and disembark in the shade and out of the elements.
