Lift: This is a ‘basic’ 6000lb IMM (brand) elevator lift built on the Indian River Lagoon. It features the economical wooden bunk option to help protect the hull from loading damage. This lift will accomodate up to a 22′ single motor boat.
This picture features the rest of the dock structure aroud the lift depicted above. This 130′ long, 4′ wide dock features a covered 10’x16′ deck with seating on two sides with open step down access to your boat, personal watercraft or to the water itself. Other enjoyable dock feature are vinyl piling caps, heavy umanilla rope railing, and copper details. In the foreground of the photo, you may take note the coquina rock rip rap shore protection.
